  Although, it is less than one year since Marissa Mayer took over the company. Yahoo has conducted 12 mergers and acquisitions, and there are several acquisitions are in negotiations.
  IT was reported in last weekend that Yahoo has proposed buy HULU with $600 million to $800 million. Since last July Yahoo has conducted 11 little mergers and acquisitions and 1 big acquisition which is buy Tumblr website with $110 million.
 
  Still, Yahoo never stop acquiring. AllThingsD on Sunday reported that Yahoo is considering acquire two other companies, one of which Is a mobile company and another one is a telecom company. These two acquisitions will worth $150 million to $200 million.
   Says one insider: Yahoo now has many things to digest, how to renerve Yahoo in the stage of integrating the newly mergered company is worthy of attention. Insiders says that Mayer at present pays more attention on the integration of Tumblr, and some other mergers which is beneficial to Yahoo's important products.
